Dale Johnston is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate and the global chief information officer. Based in Florida, Dale is responsible for leading the global Information Systems organization while working in close coordination with Leadership including developing and implementing technology solutions and system data strategies across debt, investment, asset management, operations, and client servicing. This includes leading the change and project management of culture, process, and systems. Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Dale served as Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer at Regency Centers.
